Do I need a gym to follow these programs?
Not for most of them. Body Weight Pro, Initiate Bodyweight, Skills 1.0 and The Carved Core Protocol are designed to run with minimal equipment — typically a pull-up bar and a pair of parallettes or rings. The Hybrid programs use weights and bodyweight together.
I’ve been training for years — will this actually push me?
Yes. The programming is structured around nervous system priming and intelligent volume distribution, which is exactly what closes the gap intermediate and advanced lifters tend to plateau against.
How long until I see results?
Strength gains within 2–3 weeks. Visible physique change in 6–8 weeks. The 24-week programs are built around a six-month arc because that’s the timeline for durable, joint-safe transformation.
What if I have an existing injury?
Programs include regression options for shoulders, elbows and wrists. For anything significant, the 1:1 coaching tier exists for exactly this — fully customised around your medical history.
Can I claim coaching on private health insurance?
